Dividend Policy & Payment
The Company has a policy to pay dividends to shareholders at the rate of “Not exceeding 60 % of net profit after deduction income tax and appropriation for a legal reserve, and the company must not incur a deficit, not with standing, the payment must conform to the company?s cash flow and business expansion in the future” and the dividend payment will be paid according to the number of shares, per share equally.
