Special Cement Products

In 1977, GEL obtained the right to manufacture and distribute products of Denki Kagaku Kabushiki Kasha from Japan such as special type of non-shrink cement used for grouting work, from small machines to large machines, including repair work and Denka Quick Capsule used for embedding steel rebar or bolts in concrete structures. In addition, GEL also has other special cement products, including skim coat for plastering wall and cement tile adhesive for tiling.

DENKA QUICK CAPSULE is special type of cement, which is generally used use in the work of embedding steel of anchor bolt in the concrete construction with the ability of fast setting and high bonding.

DENKA Q-TEX TYPE 10

DENKA Q-Tex is a special type of quick setting and non-shrinking cement , generally used for stopping water leaks immediately and hole plugging for general concrete structural works. When it is used correctly., it provide the characteristic of high adhesion and is homogeneous to structure and have high compressive strength.

WATER STOP

Introduction

It is the rubber used for solving the problem of water leakage by placing the rubber seal between the moving joint and the unmoving joint in various concrete structures. The rubber seal will protect the bleeding of water.

BRISTAR 100

Introduction

Bristar 100 is a special chemical used for breaking stones and concrete soundlessly . It does not make loud noises while performing the demolition. Bristar 100 has a cement-like powder characteristic, just simply mix it with water, then, it can be used immediately.

Features
  • Mix Bristar 100 with clean water, Bristar 100 will react chemically with waterm creating water pressure and enlarge itself, after leaving for 6 hours. The maximum pressure will be more than 6,000 tons / Sq. m. at the aging time of 36 hours onwards
  • After reaction process, Bristar 100 shall form a setting and has a higher temperatures
  • Pressure of Bristar 100 shall cause stone or concrete to will rupture out of the ground when it is poured into the prepared holes correctly
