Since 1962, prestressed concrete pilling has been GEL's largest source of business. Prestressed concrete piles are regarded as the most efficient foundation system, saving on construction time and expense and offering considerably more durability against the effects of Thailand's climate and soft soil condition. Over the past four decades, GEL has produced millions of piles ranging from 2 to 30 meters, supporting, thousands of building including some of Bangkok's most notable landmarks : EGAT Rachaburi, Second Stage Expressway System, Impact Hall, Thanghusing Printing, P&G Factory, Cobra Factory, Lotus Supercenter (Rayong, Ramindra, Bangkapi, Prachachuen, Chaengwattana, Rama IV, Laksi), Central Plaza Rama II., etc.
