Post - Tensioned Slab
Gel is the pioneer of the first post - tensioned flat slab system in Thailand
since 1968. It is well known as the most modern and commonly used method
of floor slab construction The system enables the building floor to span
larger between column to column. No beams are required between columns of
buildings, allowing more storeys of the same height, much faster and more
efficient construction. Post-tensioned slab systems has been used on Thai
Farmers Banks's New Headquarter Building, Amarin Building, Thai Wah Tower,
Sathorn Thani Building, Central Plaza parking area, EGAT Headquarters Building,
Cathay Trust Bluilding ect.
